I use the EDC method & saute my garlic and onions then
put in homemade chicken stock (liquid to about 500-600mls add diced pumpkin a
handful of brocolli chopped & mushrooms sliced very small & about 200g
aborrio rice cook for 20 mins as per EDC method.
Beauty of thermie risotto once
you have the method down you can add whatever you wish :)
